This is a safe place.
It is created with the intention to connect with clients and friends, and to share my personal experience of body psychotherapy. We are all on our own inner journey.
“We’re all just walking each other home.”
– Ram Dass
Throughout my education, a persistent question lingered in my mind. Do my teachers and therapist still undergo therapy? I wished for the answer to be NO. However, I learned that working on your mental health is an ongoing journey. This doesn’t imply that you are broken or that there is something wrong with you. Therapy is just a form of support. Support that teaches us valuable lessons that may have been missed during our childhood.
Our bodies remember discomfort and trauma. Through body psychotherapy we learn how to expand our capacity for discomfort and release blockages in both our body and mind.
In the blog, I will dive into different topics and ways to navigate the storms life sometimes carries us through. From my experience, I believe that nothing occurs by chance. That said, I am confident you’ll find answers to your questions there.
If you need personal support, you can schedule a call with me. No commitments. Maybe you will love talking to me, maybe not. Whatever the case, I will do everything in my power to help guide you toward someone who can provide the support you need.
