My name is Jelena and I am currently on the 3rd year of body psychotherapy education at CIR.

I got the idea for the spiritual delight, my space of delicious insights, because I wanted to present myself to the world as a future therapist. I thought it would be nice if people could see who I am and how I think before we start working together.

I also wanted to have a space where I could write about the body psychotherapy that completely changed my life. Hoping to convey to everyone the power of this way of working.

My journey to body psychotherapy has been turbulent and unexpected.

In short, this is a story about how when you want something with all your heart, the situation is arranged for you to achieve it.
